Dealer Development

Head of Dealer Development at Carns Equipment is the ideal position for someone who is determined, motivated, and attentive to detail. Dealer Development oversees all business departments, especially sales, making sure operations are flowing smoothly and properly. Along with overseeing operations, the ideal candidate is always seeking new opportunities for Carns Powersports to grow and advance in the Powersports industry and finding ways to exceed customer expectations leaving them 110% satisfied with their experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Evaluating Sales Leads to ensure all are flowing properly within CRM systems
• Analyzing and Evaluating Pied Piper Monthly Reviews for maximum scoring potential
• Analyzing and Evaluating Marketing Campaigns
• Exploring and Staying Up to Date on Powersports Industry and gathering new opportunities to grow/improve business
• Designing and Creating Marketing Pieces such as Print Ads, Social Media Ads, Signage, Brochures, etc.
• Staying up to date on Co-op opportunities
• Meeting and staying in communication with all reps to stay updated on current policies, expectations, and dealership improvements
• Helping plan/manage community events
• Continuously making updates to current website(s) – uploading videos, pictures, unit information, banner ads, etc.
• Create and post job listings along with recruiting new hires – reviewing resumes, interviewing, training new team members
• Ensuring Carns Equipment has a positive presence within the community by planning events, fundraisers, donations, etc.
• Establishing Competitive Pricing Strategies for current inventory by using Price Analysis
• Continuously being educated on MAP policies for each brand
• Establishing goals for the dealership(s) and creating action plans to meet goals in an organized and timely fashion
• Managing Social Media Pages – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.
• Managing Google My Business Pages – Updating store hours, responding to and managing customer reviews, uploading pictures, reviewing analytics.
• Meeting with Department Managers daily to ensure goals and duties are being met in a timely manner
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 2 or more years of experience with marketing, sales, and/or business management

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google
• Sales Experience (Preferred but not required)
• General Business Administration Experience – Attending Meetings, Filing, Answering Phones, Customer Service Skills, etc.
• Strong teamwork skills but also still be self-driven and self-sufficient
• Excellent Communication Skills
